All the items in this catalogue have been tried and tested by us and are described as accurately as possible. However if you are not satisfied with any item that you receive Powergrip will refund the purchase price less the carriage if returned within 10 days, unused and carriage paid. (Does not apply to specially ordered items)

Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability what so ever in connection there with.

Prices and specifications are correct at time of printing but may be changed without prior notice.

Where an error occurs we will not honnour any incorect prices in print or on our website but will sell all products at there correct price.

Illustrations and photos may not be a precise representation of the product in all instances.

Powergrip endeavours to complete all orders to customer satisfaction but cannot accept any liabilities where this is not possible.

Notification of non delivery must be made in writing within 10 days of invoice date and for shortage or damage within 3 days.
